This does not mean that all customers will always be 100 per cent happy but that the needs of all the customers are given priority over the needs of one, should that need effect all in a negative way. (or been deemed a potential threat to security or stability) We try to take a conservative approach to administration where possible and always use stable release products on our servers to ensure reliablity not bleeding edge. We do however like to be flexible so if there is something we can offer that will not threaten the stabilty of our services we will investigate this for you. In your mail program set your mail server (incoming and outgoing or just both) to mail."yourdomain".com (your domain without the quotation marks. The username is the user your created @ the domain name. Oops! It is gone and you will need to restore it from a previous backup. We do not back up your files but the Control Panel allows you to download a backup of your web site to your own computer. We strongly suggest to do this on a regular basis. If you do not want a file or are replacing it with another, try renaming it first to some like '"myfilebak" and then upload your new file. Be very careful with deleting files.

Your account will probably be suspended until the end of the month. You can check your control panel at any time for where you are at.

ns2.infodatahost.com - 64.191.62.79

And allow up to 48 hours for this to get out on the internet.

21. Why doesn't my cgi script work?
There can be many reasons but the main one is permissions. Scripts sometimes need to be able to read, write and execute certain files. Logon on to your control panel and use the file manger. Click on the file in question and choose change permissions. Here you can change the level of access to the file by ticking the boxes. ie 0666 or 0755
Check your installation instructions and make sure the permissions are correct.
